Affirmation: Watch Less. Do More
The solar plexus deals with our gut instincts, our determination, confidence, boundaries and inner peace. It is ruled by the element of fire. Developing during our high schools and college years- it is a key chakra to look to balancing (because let’s because let’s be real- our high school/college selves are an important part of who we are- but I’m guessing few would want to be that exact version of themselves again.
Tapping into your creative fire, your grit and determination allows many to cut through limitations and doubts and lack of confidence that plagues this chakra.
